A cup of 22 year old coffee in Japan, priced at $ 900

There is a small coffee shop in Japan called ‘The Munich’. It is the only place in the world where you can use coffee made 22 years ago but remember the price of a cup is $ 914

The story of this coffee is also very old, which began many decades ago and that too by a mistake. The only owner and employee of the shop, Kanji Tanaka, forgot to put coffee in the refrigerator one day, and six months later he missed coffee. Now they pulled out enough and tasted it before throwing, it was not only in its old taste but also added another flavor.

Wood kegs are common in Japan to improve the taste of wines. In the same way Kanji made a lot of coffee and kept it in the refrigerator and forgot it for 10 years.

On the other hand, he roasted 20 years old coffee seeds himself, made money and made them coffee but in a different way. He made a coffee filter and poured boiling water on it, but the coffee he makes comes down slowly, meaning the first drops take about 30 minutes to fall. This not only eliminates the bitterness of the coffee, but the steam of the coffee produces more aroma and effect in the coffee.

Consumers have dubbed this coffee as black, sweet and chocolate that the Munich Hotel offers in special cups, but they are still coming to customers with coffee worth Rs 1.5 lakh.

On the other hand, ordinary coffee is also available here for ten to twenty dollars and it is also very delicious which is why Kanji’s business is running.
