ISIS claims to have detonated the car bomb in Qamishli


ISIS claimed responsibility for Friday night’s car bombing in Qamishli Syria. Three civilians were killed in the blast on a busy street in the mainly Kurdish city of Qamishli in northeastern Syria, Kurdish security forces said.
